I have always felt that colours speak to me and while creating my paintings under the direction of my intuition and experience the forms, colours and subject matter comes alive.

Artist Bio:

The joy is evident. As you can probably tell, I really love to paint. My favorite days are heading to the studio, drinking my big mug of hot tea, listening to the old black and white ‘One Step Beyond’ or maybe just some beautiful music. I take a seat at my easel or draughtsman’s table and spend hours creating. I am in my element and surrounded by my plants and animals, so I’m good.

Aerial photographs of coastal areas, landscapes, cityscapes, spirituality, symbology, the sacred in nature, astronomy, astrology, Fauvism, Post-Impression, Abstract Expressionism.

Emotional and imagined environments, the life force of beings and elements in nature such as trees, stars, fire, water, sky and feelings connected with moments in time.

mediums

I enjoy experimentation and mixing media. They typically include acrylics, oils, inks, crushed pumice stone, granular medium, oil sticks, pastel, tempera, draughtsman’s film, ready made and canvas.

The cost will depend on the size, cost of materials, and the duration of labour. Changes and alterations may also add to the overall cost.
I am not proficient in graphic design but I am able to create imagery that can be used by a designer in a collaboration. Contact me if this is somethings you would like to discuss.
